  • Conduct 8D/A3 Problem Solving activities with cross-functional teams delivering effective CAPA implementation for customer and internal concerns.
  • Conduct effective internal audits following process approach – including closure of audit NCs.
  • Participate in Compliance Auditing – both internal & external – including effective audit NC closure.
  • Active participation in internal QRQC/CAPA Process.
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to drive improvements in quality performance.
  • Perform analysis and identify trends; recommend corrective & preventive actions.
  • Work with Quality team to ensure that quality standards are clear and sustained.
  • Prevent failures passing forward to the customer by ensuring quality control processes are implemented & adhered to.
  • Provide Compliance, Product, and Process Audit training.
  • Update Quality documentation involved with the role.
  • Develop proactive solutions and implement Quality department strategies across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Business Management system.
  • Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained.
  • Be accountable for project identification, prioritization, and achievement by applying the models, methods, and standards available, including Visual Management Systems, KPI Metric and Tools aligned with plant, department, and program objectives using a “Go and See” approach.
  • Support the management of all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer).
  • Assist with training of quality awareness.
  • Attend operational meetings providing reports/data on performance achievement against targets.
  • Perform appropriate tasks at the request of Q Manager & Directors.
