Responsibilities

• Join our agile development team as a Senior Front-End Software Engineer, leveraging your JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS expertise to build and support value-adding features.
• Lead the technical direction of new projects, shaping architecture and design decisions from conception through delivery.
• Mentor and support the growth of less-experienced engineers, with opportunities to transition into a people-management role if desired.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into performant, accessible, high-quality user interfaces.
• Drive innovation by applying your passion for technology to deliver outstanding software solutions.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of working in teams to ship complex, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications.

Who you are

We’re looking for engineers with experience building enterprise solutions who have an eye for detail and are happy delivering changes at any layer of the technical stack.

Minimum Requirements

• Leverage your strong technical foundation and 3+ years of hands-on experience to craft robust, production-quality code and scalable infrastructure.
• Strong experience in modern JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, NextJS, React etc.
• Design and build intuitive UIs and well-documented APIs, ensuring every feature you deliver delights users and is easy to adopt.
• Synthesize the best ideas from across the company and set a clear, inspiring technical vision that energizes your peers and direct reports.
• Partner effectively across functions (Sales, Support, Legal, Finance, etc.), earning trust at every level and translating diverse needs into elegant engineering solutions.
• Champion simplicity in design—favouring maintainable, long-lasting solutions over unnecessary complexity.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing out the best in a diverse team of experts and celebrating shared success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the tech industry building enterprise grade solutions using modern frameworks, preferably using AngularJS or TypeScript.

Contract type: Permanent & Full Time

Location: Brighton, UK (Office based role)

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary for this role is £40,000 – £50,000. Benefits include private medical insurance, cycle to work scheme, company pension and yearly events.
