About you
As a Speaker Logistics Exec for the EdTech Portfolio, you will join our content team and work closely with the wider Bett product team. Your role will be to lead on all aspects of speaker management, both pre-show and onsite, for our flagship show Bett UK. You will also support on the portfolio’s 365 content-marketing campaign.
Key responsibilities
- Ownership of all speaker logistics: including liaising with confirmed speakers, sending out speaker instructions, collecting speaker assets, updating speaker profiles and agendas on the Bett website.
- Managing the speaker inbox for Bett.
- Collaboration with the client engagement team, to support speaker logistics for sponsored content sessions.
- Onsite speaker management: managing the speaker lounge, checking in speakers, AV updates and supporting speakers to get to their sessions.
- Supporting to gather speaker assets for associated content marketing which may include video, written and social media-based campaigns.
- Supporting Bett’s 365 Digital Content Campaign: assist other content team members with editorial content for newsletters and Bett’s community hub.
