Our portfolio features some of the world’s leading events in sectors such as ecommerce, healthcare, edtech, and fintech. We’re growing fast with an entrepreneurial culture that empowers big ideas and quick action, plus an ambitious acquisition strategy bringing exciting new events into our mix.

Alongside our market‑leading events, we’re building tech and data‑driven products that supercharge connections – from one‑to‑one meeting programs and curated table talks to year‑round engagement platforms. Whatever your role, you’ll join a global team redefining how industries connect, collaborate, and grow – working with some of the most talented people in the business.

A bit about us: First things first: whatever your background, beliefs or ambitions, there’s a culture of belonging at Hyve — and everyone is welcome. The question isn’t where you’ve come from, but where you want to go. You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, collaborative and not afraid to challenge convention. We look for people who take pride in what they do, who are excited by change and always moving forward. The kind of people who stay open, keep learning, and look for better ways to make an impact. Our shared behaviours guide how we work: we dare to do things differently, own our work, embrace collaboration, stay true to ourselves and others, and remember that optimism wins. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

About Manifest Europe: Building on the success of Manifest in Las Vegas, Manifest Europe will bring together the full supply chain and logistics ecosystem, including shippers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, carriers, ports and terminals, technology providers, startups, and investors. The event is designed to create a high‑quality platform for connection, collaboration, and commercial growth. Manifest Europe has already secured strong early momentum, with DHL confirmed as Presenting Sponsor alongside more than 120 Launch Partners across sponsor companies, investors, shippers, and media partners – demonstrating clear market demand for a dedicated European platform. Europe sits at the intersection of global trade, regulation, sustainability, and rapid innovation, creating a clear need for a high‑quality, curated meeting place for the industry.

Why we’re hiring: As Manifest launches into Europe in 2027, it is all set to be a fantastic launch with lots of exciting plans and so we are looking for a smart, ambitious, high‑energy marketing lead to help launch one of Europe’s fastest‑growing events.

About the Role: This is a rare opportunity to be the marketing lead for Manifest Europe, one of the most exciting new event launches in Europe. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing the full go‑to‑market campaign for Manifest Europe across all channels. This is a hands‑on, highly commercial role where success will be measured by your ability to build the brand, generate demand, grow the audience and directly support revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role during the launch phase. We are looking for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, operating at pace and building from the ground up. Following the inaugural edition, there will be an opportunity to build and scale the marketing team as the event grows. You will work closely with the President of Manifest Europe, ensuring marketing is tightly aligned to commercial goals, audience growth and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SPEX Marketing and Demand Generation: Build and execute a full‑funnel marketing strategy to drive qualified leads for sponsorship and exhibition sales. Define target ICPs with the President of Manifest Europe, and ensure marketing is focused on high‑value commercial prospects. • Paid Delegate Acquisition: Own and deliver the paid delegate campaign strategy. Build high‑quality attendee audiences across key European markets. Develop positioning and conversion strategies to maximise both delegate attendance and delegate revenue. Continuously optimise funnel performance from acquisition through to conversion. Develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies to secure high‑value attendees. Work closely with event leadership and the buyer recruitment team to ensure strong buyer quality and attendance from the SPEX customer’s target ICP.
  • Channel and Campaign Execution: Own and manage all marketing channels, including: Email marketing and CRM, Content marketing, Partnerships and media partnerships, Field marketing and industry events. Identify and activate new channels and growth opportunities.
  • Agency management & performance: Own marketing agencies: briefing and performance management. Manage agency budgets and ensure maximum ROI. Hold agencies accountable to agreed KPIs and delivery targets. Ensure weekly dashboards and metrics are updated and shared with President, Manifest Europe.
  • Partnerships and Ecosystem Marketing: Develop strategic partnerships with media partners, industry associations, ports, logistics groups and trade bodies. Work with the Manifest Vegas marketing team on some of the media partners who cover both the US and the European events. Find and leverage new partnerships to expand reach and credibility in key markets.
  • Data, Performance and Optimisation: Build and manage a data‑driven marketing engine. Track performance across all funnel stages. Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance insights. Build and grow a high‑quality database aligned to target ICPs.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales to align on pipeline and conversion, content to ensure strong market‑facing messaging, ops to deliver the attendee and partner experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience in a B2B marketing role with responsibility for pipeline generation and commercial outcomes. Strong track record in demand generation and pipeline creation. Experience marketing events, media, or high‑value B2B products. Experience running SPEX marketing campaigns preferred. Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing and conversion optimisation. Experience launching new products, events, brands or business initiatives is highly desirable. Experience working closely with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes.

Skills and Attributes: Highly commercial and performance‑driven. Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead generation. Data‑driven with strong analytical capability.
