Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the operations team to deliver the event plan from pre-show planning to onsite delivery.
- Assist the Operations Manager in updating and maintaining the exhibition floorplan, preparing and sending accurate exhibitor lists to contractors, maintaining the event manual and show documents.
- Be the main point of contact for exhibitors and some contractors throughout the event cycle, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
- Organise accommodation requirements for the show team.
- Actively listen and identify customer needs and deliver excellent customer service at every interaction.
- Have an appreciation of the show budgeting system.
- Understand and implement the Health & Safety systems both around the office and onsite.
- Work with colleagues to achieve best practice in terms of operational planning and Customer Service.
- Be proactive in exchanging information with other departments and provide assistance where requested.
- Ensure all Hyve offices onsite are fully equipped with furniture, IT and other items as per team requirements.
- Arrange logistics of items pre show and onsite, ensuring items delivered to the correct place at the right time
- Manage the gofer schedule and give them detailed briefings.
- Ensure the smooth running and management of the onsite organiser’s office, and fully brief the assisting staff.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required to organise the show, alongside the wider operations team
About you:
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, excellent administrative skills, a confident communicator, with the ability to prioritise.
- Excellent time management – hard working with a sense of urgency.
- A passion for event management and customer service.

- Computer literate, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
