A bit about the role

As Strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of partnership marketing strategies that drive audience growth, brand visibility, and commercial value for POSSIBLE Europe. Working closely with sponsors, media partners, industry associations, and internal teams, you will create impactful campaigns and activations that strengthen industry relationships and enhance the event experience. This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on building strategic partnerships and connecting influential communities within the creative martech ecosystem.

A bit about the division

Global Ventures is Hyve’s dedicated accelerator unit which launches new events and supercharges new ventures. This is where event launches are born and new products are accelerated, powered by obsessive customer focus, rapid experimentation, simple decision‑making and entrepreneurial energy.

As part of your job, you’ll:

  • Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies that drive event registrations, audience growth, and brand awareness.
  • Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships with media owners, industry associations, technology providers, and community organisations.
  • Create and deliver joint marketing campaigns with partners across email, social media, content, and digital channels.
  • Build strong relationships with sponsors and partners to maximize engagement, visibility, and commercial value before, during, and after events.
  • Collaborate with event marketing, content, sales, and production teams to integrate partners into the attendee experience.
  • Negotiate and fulfill partnership agreements, ensuring all deliverables are executed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Develop innovative partnership activations, networking opportunities, and content collaborations that enhance event impact.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise results.
  • Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential partners within the creative, marketing, media, and martech sectors.
  • Manage partnership marketing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience developing and executing partnership or alliance marketing campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, and commercial results.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with sponsors, media partners, industry associations, and senior‑level decision makers.
  • Ability to identify partnership opportunities, develop long‑term growth strategies, and align partner objectives with business goals.
  • Strong project management skills with experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Understanding of sponsorship, partnerships, lead generation, and revenue drivers within B2B events, media, or marketing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across marketing, sales, content, and event teams.
