We’re looking for a commercially minded, audience-first marketer to drive growth, lead generation, and delegate revenue. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, the support to grow, executing high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable results. As Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key member of the team, with key responsibilities to:

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns that exceed business objectives, driving qualified leads and accelerating pipeline growth.

• Develop and deliver multi-channel strategies across digital, content, and CRM to maximise reach, engagement, and conversion.

• Drive delegate acquisition and revenue, working in partnership with sales and content teams to ensure targeted, insight-led messaging and offers.

• Optimise brand visibility and performance, managing advertising, paid media, and sponsorship campaigns that deliver awareness and ROI.

• To have excellent audience understanding, conducting market research and analysing campaign performance to unlock new segmentation, personalisation, and conversion opportunities.

• Create compelling content that speaks to our audience, from powerful sales enablement tools to engaging brochures, whitepapers, and beyond.

• Maximise the impact of partner marketing, ensuring alignment on messaging and performance metrics to deliver standout campaigns.

• Extend thought leadership efforts through content marketing campaigns, including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers that establish Bett as an industry authority.

• Supercharge email marketing in collaboration with the Campaign Manager to nurture leads and boost conversions.

• Collaborate with the Campaigns team, optimising lead nurture programmes with digital marketing, automation, and powerful content.

• Leverage analytics like a pro, tracking performance and making data-backed decisions that enhance marketing impact.

• Collaborate across teams, working with central marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure a seamless, data-driven approach.

• Bring creative campaigns to life, collaborating with the Creative team to produce high-impact visuals and marketing assets.

• Optimise digital experiences, working alongside the Digital Experience team to enhance paid media strategies and ensure our website is a conversion machine.

• Drive top-tier strategic marketing partnerships, identifying and activating high-value collaborations in close partnership with the Client Engagement team to maximise brand exposure and shared success.

Skills Required

  • Experience in B2B lead generation, content marketing, and campaign execution, with a focus on driving measurable engagement and commercial results
  • Proven ability to work closely with commercial and client-facing teams to deliver high-impact collaborations.
  • An innovator who thrives on pushing boundaries, testing new ideas, and driving impactful change in marketing.
  • A data-obsessed decision-maker, able to translate analytics into insights.
  • A creative thinker who sees opportunities in every challenge and has a can-do attitude.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Someone who can craft compelling narratives that captivate and convert.
  • Audience-centric and curious approach, able to demonstrate a community first and global mindset.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in using a CRM, marketing automation tools e.g. HubSpot, or Canva would be a plus.
  • Experience in the education, B2B events, or media sectors is highly desirable.
