You're a creative and confident communicator who loves bringing stories to life. With a natural flair for writing and a keen eye for design, you know how to engage and inspire different audiences – whether through an inspiring internal campaign, a scroll‐stopping video, or a standout external story. If you have at least two years' experience in corporate communications (or a related field such as marketing, event management or journalism) and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
As a business partner to teams across Hyve – including HR, Finance, Tech and Procurement – you'll collaborate with colleagues to plan, create and deliver communications that inform, inspire and connect our people. You'll work on and lead a variety of projects across both internal and external communications, helping teams communicate clearly, creatively and with impact. Some of the channels you might be using to tell stories and engage stakeholders include our social intranet (The Buzz), LinkedIn, our digital office billboards, email and internal events.
You'll bring ambitious ideas, strong initiative and the confidence to work with senior leaders and colleagues globally. Reporting to the Senior Group Communications Manager, you'll play an important role in bringing Hyve's story to life across all channels and supporting our growth ambitions.
Storytelling and content- Contribute to and help manage our content calendar across internal and external channels.
- Collaborate with event teams to identify and share stories – across both internal and external platforms – that highlight Hyve's purpose and performance, showcasing how our events and products deliver game‐changing opportunities and measurable value for our customers.
- Plan and produce engaging, multi‐channel content that celebrates our people, culture and business achievements while supporting our brand and growth narrative.
- Write scripts and develop video briefs with our video team – bringing stories to life through authentic and engaging storytelling.
- Explore and leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance content creation, ideation and efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams (HR, Finance, Tech, Procurement and others) to support and lead communications projects that bring their strategies and initiatives to life.
- Partner with HR and our Employee Resource Groups to bring our culture to life – from L&D, wellbeing and DEIB stories that celebrate our people.
- Manage our internal communication platforms – quickly becoming an expert in using Poppulo and Workvivo, our social intranet, to create, schedule and analyse engaging content that keeps colleagues informed and connected.
- Design and update content graphics on Canva for our office digital screens, ensuring we're sharing up‐to‐date and engaging visual communications each week.
- Assist with planning and hosting internal events, such as Town Halls, internal talks, ERG events and other activations that promote transparency, connection and engagement.
- Promote and strengthen Hyve's employer brand by developing engaging content for social media, press releases and the company website.
- Manage Hyve's social media channels, ensuring our external presence reflects our brand, culture and growth story.
- Partner with senior leaders to support their social media presence to help build Hyve's reputation.
- A strong communicator – clear, articulate and able to adapt your style to suit different audiences and occasions.
- A skilled writer – someone who writes with flair, personality and accuracy across a range of formats.
- An eye for detail – confident designing graphics, reviewing creative work and giving constructive feedback on visual and video content.
- A natural multitasker – comfortable managing several projects at once, prioritising effectively and delivering high‐quality work on time.
