The Content Director plays a critical role in shaping the quality, reputation and commercial success of the event through exceptional content development, speaker acquisition and stakeholder management.

• The LTT Europe agenda is recognised as one of the most influential and commercially valuable legal technology programmes in Europe.
• The event secures recognised industry leaders and stardust speakers whose presence enhances attendance, sponsor value and market reputation.
• Content and speaker activity directly support attendee growth and contribute to achieving an audience of 7,000 delegates.
• Workshops, roundtables and supporting content consistently feature diverse, high-calibre and highly relevant speakers.
• Sponsors, speakers and attendees consistently provide excellent feedback on content quality and speaker experience.
• The wider content team feels supported and works collaboratively to deliver a best-in-class event.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years in legal journalism, legal research, communications, content production or event content management.
• Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives, General Counsel, founders, investors and influential industry figures.
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how agenda quality and speaker calibre drive audience growth and event performance.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a high-growth business.

What You Will Be Doing

Content Creation

• Support the strategic development of the wider LTT Europe agenda and identify opportunities to continually improve agenda quality.
• Curate workshops and roundtables aligned with market trends and attendee demand.
• Research emerging trends, investment activity, innovation and key industry developments.
• Write compelling session titles, descriptions and supporting content.
• Own agenda accuracy across website, app and event platforms.
• Support project management of our year-long digital content - webinars, roundtables and research reports.
• Host sessions - whether that’s a webinar or a panel at LTT Europe.

Speaker Outreach & Acquisition

• Proactively identify and recruit high-quality speakers from across the legal ecosystem.
• Build relationships with senior legal leaders, technology executives, founders, investors and industry influencers.
• Identify and secure stardust speakers capable of elevating the profile and reputation of LTT Europe.
• Maintain a robust speaker pipeline and support speaker selection decisions.
• Ensure strong representation across geographies, perspectives and backgrounds.

Marketing & Audience Growth

• Partner closely with marketing to maximise the promotional value of speakers and agenda announcements.
• Support audience acquisition initiatives designed to help achieve 7,000 attendees.
• Contribute to speaker interviews, thought leadership, social content and campaign activity.
• Recommend content-led opportunities that improve engagement, reach and conversion.

Speaker Experience & Event Delivery

• Work with the Content Operations Manager to ensure seamless onboarding and communications for speakers, moderators and workshop hosts.
• Lead preparation calls and briefing sessions.
• Work closely with creative, technology, AV and operations teams to ensure flawless delivery.
• Provide onsite support and manage speaker-related issues professionally and efficiently.
