ABOUT THE ROLE
Using technology enabled platforms is at the heart of our strategy to continue to be the next generation global events business whose purpose is to create unmissable events, where customers from all parts of the globe share extraordinary moments and shape industry innovation.
The Full-Stack Developer will have primary responsibility for developing, enhancing and supporting our existing technology stack and website infrastructure, using modern technologies such as PHP programming language, Laravel framework, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Kentico CMS, CSS, and more.
The Full-Stack Developer will work with other teams in the business to understand key event objectives and deliver continuous improvements to streamline website user experience and overall website operations, assisting with technical issues and implementing solutions across the Shoptalk & Groceryshop website portfolio.

AS PART OF YOUR JOB YOU’LL BE:
- Developing and maintaining responsive web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework, as well as ASP.NET , MVC framework and Kentico Platform
- Implementing and optimizing user interfaces with modern front-end technologies, including JavaScript, React, CSS, SCSS, Vanilla CSS, and HTML
- Developing and deploying server-side logic and APIs to support website applications and operations integrating third-party services• Managing and enhancing databases ensuring website data integrity, security, and optimal performance
- Maintaining code quality and testing processes to ensure optimal performance of websites across the portfolio; efficient code deployment, cross-browser compatibility, etc.
- Managing code repositories for continuous optimization and integration &deployment workflows, while addressing performance bottlenecks
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency with internal stakeholders and3rd party vendors through open and fluent communication channels
- Providing website operations support onsite at shows when required to ensure smooth delivery of service
AND HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU:
- Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework, with proven experience in developing full-stack applications
- Strong prof CSS and HTML, and responsive design principles
- Good knowledge of website deployment and tech stack running on Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Experience working and building on native and/or 3rd party APIs, data & system integrations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to help manage input from internal stakeholders and deliver solutions on time and brief
- Be flexible to travel and work at times required for onsite event support
