As an HR Ops Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for a range of HRIS (HiBob), HR processes, policies, and employee experience matters. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners, line managers, and employees to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations, always maintaining high standards of service and compliance. This role is fixed term for 6 months with the view to permanent.
As part of your role:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage end-to-end employee experience processes including onboarding, probation reviews, changes to terms, and offboarding.
- Management of consultants and other temporary employees to ensure compliance with IR35 and other legislation.
- Management of the employee engagement surveys, and all other HR surveys needed.
- Be the expert in HiBob our new HRIS (being implemented right now!).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS and ensure data integrity.
- Generate HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Support all lifecycle activities such as salary reviews & bonus schemes.
- Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives across the business.
What skills you bring to the team:
- Previous experience in a similar HR advisory or HR operations role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices (including IR35).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with HRIS systems (HiBob) is desirable.
