- Group Financial Reporting Manager
Location
London, UK (Hybrid)
As Group Financial Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity of Hyve's legal entity accounting across the Group.
You'll take ownership of intercompany accounting, statutory reporting and legal entity compliance, partnering closely with colleagues across Finance, Tax and the wider business.
This is a varied role offering exposure to technical accounting, statutory reporting, external audit and Group Finance.
You'll work alongside experienced finance professionals while helping to improve processes, strengthen financial controls and support the continued growth of the Group.
As part of your job, you'll
- Own the monthly intercompany review process, ensuring balances are accurately reconciled, understood and settled across the Group.
- Manage intercompany loans and interest calculations, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in line with Group policies.
- Prepare statutory financial statements for Hyve's legal entities and coordinate the year-end audit process for those entities.
- Partner closely with the Tax team to support transfer pricing, tax reporting and legal entity compliance requirements.
- Review legal entity accounting to ensure compliance with accounting standards and Group policies.
- Build strong relationships with finance teams across the Group to improve the quality and consistency of legal entity reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve, automate and standardise statutory reporting and intercompany accounting processes.
Here's what we're looking for from you
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA preferred, ACCA or equivalent considered).
- Experience in management accounting, financial reporting, Group Finance or practice.
- Good understanding of statutory accounts, legal entity accounting and double-entry accounting principles.
- Experience working with external auditors and preparing financial information.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident building relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and embracing new ways of working.

- Intercompany balances are reconciled accurately and settled on time each month.
- Statutory accounts and legal entity audits are delivered efficiently and within agreed deadlines.
