A bit about the role: This role reports to the Demand Generation Manager. In this role, you’ll support the execution, testing, and optimization of global email campaigns and automated nurture programs that engage prospects and customers throughout their journey. The Email Campaign Coordinator is the operational backbone of the email marketing function - responsible for building, deploying, and monitoring campaigns in alignment with strategy and creative direction set by the Email Campaign Manager. This role bridges creative execution and technical precision, ensuring each campaign is delivered on time, brand-aligned, and performance-ready. You are an energetic, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives on precision and execution excellence. You’re comfortable working across creative, technical, and operational functions - translating campaign ideas into flawless customer experiences. You possess a proactive attitude, take ownership of the details, and ensure every send reflects the quality and strategy of the global marketing organization.
As part of your job, you’ll be:
- Campaign Execution & Delivery: Building and scheduling email campaigns for nurture sequences and triggered communications in the marketing automation platform - HubSpot. Supporting the Email Campaign Manager in day-to-day campaign management, including briefing, asset collection, and deployment scheduling. Conducting thorough QA and testing - ensuring links, dynamic content, personalization tokens, tracking, and design render properly across devices. Coordinating campaign assets and content with Copywriter, Creative, and Design teams to ensure quality and brand consistency. Assisting in maintaining the global email marketing calendar, ensuring campaign deadlines and dependencies are met.
- Data & Audience Management: Collaborating with the Marketing Operations Manager and Automation Manager to identify and prepare segmented audience lists. Ensuring audience selection aligns with campaign targeting and GDPR compliance requirements. Maintaining list hygiene and suppression management to protect deliverability and data integrity. Supporting the management of preference centers, opt-in processes, and compliance best practices.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking campaign metrics (deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversions) and report results to the Email Campaign Manager. Supporting post-campaign analysis by compiling data and insights to identify optimization opportunities. Contributing to A/B testing initiatives on subject lines, creative, CTAs, and send times. Assisting in documenting campaign learnings and best practices for process improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the Email Campaign Manager to ensure campaign objectives, timelines, and quality standards are met. Coordinating with the Marketing Automation Manager to align on technical execution, workflows, and automated journey updates. Partnering with the Copywriter and Design teams to adapt creative materials and templates. Liaising with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to align messaging with broader business priorities. Participating in creative review sessions and providing operational feedback from an executional perspective. Staying informed of email marketing best practices, deliverability trends, and design innovations. Identifying opportunities to improve internal workflows, QA checklists, and production efficiency. Recommending enhancements to email templates, personalization approaches, and testing methodologies. Contributing to ongoing efforts to streamline collaboration between regional teams and functions.
Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or campaign coordination. Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Basic understanding of HTML, responsive design, and email rendering tools. Strong organizational and time management skills - able to handle multiple concurrent campaigns. Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect, error-free campaigns. Familiarity with data segmentation, GDPR compliance, and email analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.
