As part of your job, you’ll be:

  • Supporting procurement activity across key spend categories, with a primary focus on venues, event operations, and marketing
  • Providing ad hoc/light-touch support on martech procurement, in partnership with the Tech & Corporate Procurement Manager
  • Managing sourcing projects end-to-end, from initial brief through to contract negotiation and execution
  • Leading and supporting tender processes (RFPs/RFQs), including supplier engagement, evaluation, and negotiation
  • Partnering with stakeholders across EMEA & Asia to understand requirements and identify opportunities to add value
  • Ensuring robust contract execution, with a strong grasp of commercial and legal terms through to signature
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Supporting supplier performance management and ongoing commercial optimisation
  • Contributing to procurement best practice, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other business functions

Here’s what we’re looking for from you:

  • Familiarity with a range of commercial models and supplier agreements
  • CIPS certified (or working towards)

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong commercial acumen with confident negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building ability
