The event is designed to create a high-quality platform for connection, collaboration, and commercial growth. Manifest Europe has already secured strong early momentum, with DHL confirmed as Presenting Sponsor alongside more than 120 Launch Partners across sponsor companies, investors, shippers, and media partners – demonstrating clear market demand for a dedicated European platform.
Europe sits at the intersection of global trade, regulation, sustainability, and rapid innovation, creating a clear need for a high-quality, curated meeting place for the industry.
Why we’re hiring
Manifest Europe is looking for a smart, ambitious, high-energy project coordinator to help launch one of Europe’s fastest-growing events. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants exposure across:

This is not a traditional coordinator role. You’ll sit at the centre of a high-growth event launch, working across sales, marketing, content, and operations to help scale one of Europe’s most exciting industry events. You’ll gain hands-on commercial experience, taking ownership of meaningful projects and contributing to the launch at critical moments. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy variety, and want exposure that most early-career roles simply don’t offer, this role is for you.
As Manifest launches into Europe in 2027, it is all set to be a fantastic launch with lots of exciting plans and so we are looking for a smart, ambitious, high-energy project coordinator to help launch one of Europe’s fastest-growing events.
