A bit about you

First things first: whatever your background, beliefs or ambitions, there’s a culture of belonging at Hyve — and everyone is welcome. The question isn’t where you’ve come from, but where you want to go. You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, collaborative and not afraid to challenge convention. We look for people who take pride in what they do, who are excited by change and always moving forward. The kind of people who stay open, keep learning, and look for better ways to make an impact. Our shared behaviours guide how we work: we dare to do things differently, own our work, embrace collaboration, stay true to ourselves and others, and remember that optimism wins. If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in.

A bit about the division

A bit about the role

The Digital Marketing Manager is a central role within the Global Ventures marketing team, responsible for shaping and delivering the digital marketing strategy across our portfolio of launches. Working closely with the Marketing Lead embedded within each event team, you'll provide strategic direction, hands-on expertise, and performance optimisation across paid media, customer acquisition, website optimisation, and digital growth, ensuring every venture benefits from best practice while achieving its commercial objectives.

As part of your job, you'll:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Partner with Marketing Leads to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive audience growth, lead generation, and commercial performance across the Global Ventures portfolio.
  • Paid Media & Campaign Delivery: Work alongside event marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across relevant digital channels, providing hands-on support where needed to maximise performance. Work closely with any external agencies for campaign creation and delivery.
  • Website & Digital Experience Optimisation: Own the performance of our websites: identifying, scoping and optimising customer journeys with the event marketing teams. Using behavioural data and analytics to continually improve engagement and conversion. Ensuring websites are optimised for organic search through SEO/AEO best practice.
  • Campaign Performance & Optimisation: Monitor campaign performance, produce actionable insights, and work with Marketing Leads to continually optimise campaigns and websites against agreed KPIs.
  • Customer Acquisition & Growth: Support event teams in improving the end-to-end customer acquisition journey, identifying opportunities to increase conversion rates and accelerate growth.
  • Testing & Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of experimentation by introducing testing frameworks, sharing learnings across ventures, and supporting teams to optimise messaging, targeting, and campaign performance.
  • Marketing Analytics & Insights: Analyse channel performance, customer behaviour, and market trends, providing data-driven recommendations that inform strategy and commercial decision-making.
  • Integrated Campaign Planning: Collaborate with Marketing Leads across paid media, SEO, content, CRM, social, and web to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
  • Cross-Portfolio Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to launch teams, providing strategic guidance, practical support, and sharing best practice to raise marketing performance across all ventures.
  • Capability Building: Coach and support Marketing Leads by introducing best practices, new tools, and effective ways of working that strengthen digital marketing capability across the portfolio.
  • Innovation & Best Practice: Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies, evaluating and implementing new approaches that improve campaign performance and support future venture growth.

Here’s what we’re looking for from you:

  • Digital & Growth Marketing Expertise: Strong experience managing and optimising multi-channel digital campaigns across PPC, paid social, SEO, web/UX, display, programmatic, SEO, for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics: Highly analytical with experience using campaign data, attribution, ROI analysis, and reporting to optimise performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • CRO & Digital Experience: Demonstrable experience improving website conversion and customer experience through data, testing and UX best practice.
  • Growth Strategy: Proven ability to develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and measurable commercial growth.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and the commercial impact of digital marketing investment.
