We're looking for an ambitious Commercial Partnerships Manager to help establish Manifest Europe as the industry's premier commercial platform.

You'll play a critical role in driving sponsorship and exhibition revenue while helping shape the commercial growth of Manifest Europe for years to come.

About the role

As Commercial Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for generating new business while developing long-term strategic relationships across the European supply chain and logistics market.

You'll identify new sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, build a healthy sales pipeline, negotiate commercial partnerships and consistently exceed revenue targets.

Success in this role is about more than closing deals—it's about becoming a trusted advisor to customers and helping them achieve meaningful commercial outcomes through their partnership with Manifest Europe.

Working closely with Content, Marketing and Operations, you'll help create bespoke commercial solutions that deliver measurable ROI while contributing to the long-term growth of the event.

What you'll be doing

  • Business Development
  • Identify, prospect and win new sponsors, exhibitors and strategic partners across Europe.
  • Build a consistent pipeline of qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies targeting senior decision-makers.
  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting, networking and industry engagement.
  • Commercial Partnerships
  • Build long-term relationships with sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Understand customer objectives and develop solutions that align with their commercial and marketing goals.
  • Create tailored sponsorship, exhibition and partnership proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close new business opportunities.
  • Position Manifest Europe as a strategic partner rather than simply an event.
  • Account Growth & Retention
  • Maximise customer lifetime value through upselling and expansion opportunities.
  • Drive high onsite rebook rates.
  • Develop multi-event and long-term partnership opportunities across the Hyve portfolio where appropriate.
  • Ensure customers achieve measurable ROI from their investment.
  • Commercial Strategy
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and reliable sales forecasts.
  • Consistently exceed prospecting, meeting and proposal activity targets.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity and new commercial opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas that improve pricing, packaging and partnership offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Content team to identify commercially valuable thought leadership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on customer acquisition campaigns and lead generation.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure sponsors receive an outstanding customer experience before, during and after the event.
  • Share customer insight that helps shape future event development.
  • Market Presence
  • Represent Manifest Europe at industry events, conferences and customer meetings throughout the year.
  • Build a strong network across the European supply chain and logistics ecosystem.
  • Become recognised as a trusted commercial partner within the industry.

What we're looking for

Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales, sponsorship sales, media sales or commercial partnerships.
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling complex commercial solutions to senior decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience within events, media, technology or supply chain sectors would be advantageous but isn't essential.
