Position Overview
The Customer Service / Sales Specialist (Specialization Hydraulics / Tipping Solutions) sells, develops and provides pro‑active technical, logistic, administrative and financial support for the completion of sales orders in their specialization. They give support to the order management team and interact with customers to provide a superior level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on sales made by the Sales department and conduct additional sales within the specialization.
- Investigate and analyze possible needs of customers and prospects to provide service and develop/support sales.
- Actively approach customers and prospects to sell and inform them about new developments in the Hyva product range.
- Support the internal order management team with commercial and technical questions.
- Ensure correct provision of information regarding administrative completion of sales orders, such as processing in the ERP system.
- Monitor inventory, forecast and supply chain to align with delivery times and inform customers.
- Respond to complaints, provide information to After Sales, and follow up on solutions.
- Work with the Finance department regarding late payments and delivery stoppage.
Role Requirements
- Experience in a similar position working in an aftermarket supplier or automotive distributor is an advantage.
- Technical background with an understanding of the regional and national automotive aftermarket market.
- Computer skills such as MS Office and ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset, strong organizational and project‑management skills.
