Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivery of Hyundai CPO sales and market share performance.
- Develop Retailer CPO commercial policy to deliver against all major Brand KPI.
- Work cross functionally within the organisation both in the UK and Europe to ensure effective deployment of the CPO strategy.
- Work cross industry with key stakeholders to open CPO supply channels to our Retailer network.
- Ensure there is sufficient capacity and capability within the Hyundai network to facilitate delivery of CPO volume plan.
- Work closely with HCUK to ensure competitive finance products are available for the CPO programme.
- Work with UVL partner to ensure best in class customer and Retailer experience.
- Work with the HMUK Network Development team to measure Retailers used car performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with training teams to ensure the network used car operations are supported adequately with training and development tools.
- Develop specific ZEV strategy for CPO to ensure sales and RV are maximised on ZEV products.
- Work with marketing team to ensure sufficient CPO media and marketing initiatives to drive CPO leads into the Retailers LMS.
- Provide monthly KPI reporting on all aspects of performance to both internal and external stakeholders.
Personal Specifications
- Minimum five years’ experience of working in a UK OEM Sales and Marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of used car acquisition methods and strategy.
- Demonstrable go to market strategy deployment.
- Highly numerate and comfortable working with data and market intelligence to inform and influence.
- Capable and confident at c-suite engagement and influencing.
- Strong, challenging, and competitive individual with the drive to get results.
- Ability to manage, adapt and optimise business processes and to support delivery of business plan.
- Able to travel the UK to visit Retailers and national events.
- Personable and able to build and maintain strong business relationships.
