Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Technical Training Developer to join our growing team.
As a Technical Training Developer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering cutting-edge training programs for our network, supporting Genesis's reputation for excellence and innovation in the automotive industry.
You will design, develop, and deliver engaging technical training materials tailored to the needs of our workforce.
This includes both in-person and digital learning solutions, leveraging your experience in the automotive sector and your knowledge of advanced e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and similar applications.
We want you to: Develop and deliver innovative technical training materials for Genesis.
Utilise e-learning tools such as Storyline, Articulate, and Rise to create interactive content.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programs meet business needs and standards.
Stay updated on automotive technology trends and training best practices.
Work with and manager 3rd party suppliers for content creation and delivery About you: Strong automotive technical background.
Experience in technical training delivery.
Familiarity with e-learning tools (training provided if required).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
