Main tasks
- Administrative support for daily workshop operations, including document handling, data entry, and correspondence
- Maintenance of service logs, part orders, and workshop schedules
- Procurement and inventory management of workshop tools, supplies, and consumables
- Budget tracking and reporting for equipment and production-related expenses
- Coordination of purchase orders and invoice processing
- Support in organizing race and test event logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements
- Preparation of documentation for motorsport events (e.g., customs clearance, technical reports)
- Internal communication support between workshop staff, engineers, and management
- Assistance with HR-related administrative tasks (e.g., timekeeping, payroll support)
- Organization of internal meetings, briefings, and workshops
- Documentation and compliance tracking (e.g., machine service records, TÜV inspections)
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in administration, logistics, or operations, ideally in motorsport or automotive environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Experience in budget handling and procurement processes
- Knowledge of motorsport logistics and FIA/WRC regulations is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
- High level of reliability, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
