Main tasks

  • Administrative support for daily workshop operations, including document handling, data entry, and correspondence
  • Maintenance of service logs, part orders, and workshop schedules
  • Procurement and inventory management of workshop tools, supplies, and consumables
  • Budget tracking and reporting for equipment and production-related expenses
  • Coordination of purchase orders and invoice processing
  • Support in organizing race and test event logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Preparation of documentation for motorsport events (e.g., customs clearance, technical reports)
  • Internal communication support between workshop staff, engineers, and management
  • Assistance with HR-related administrative tasks (e.g., timekeeping, payroll support)
  • Organization of internal meetings, briefings, and workshops
  • Documentation and compliance tracking (e.g., machine service records, TÜV inspections)

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training or degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in administration, logistics, or operations, ideally in motorsport or automotive environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in budget handling and procurement processes
  • Knowledge of motorsport logistics and FIA/WRC regulations is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English
  • High level of reliability, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
