We are looking for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of Learning & Development, employee development, and organizational culture across our German and French entities.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how talent grows within a high-performance international motorsport environment while contributing to the evolution of our HR function.

Your Mission

As the owner of our Human Resources Development activities, you will drive learning, development and culture initiatives across two organizations.

Working closely with leaders, employees and external partners, you will design and implement programs that support business performance, leadership capability and employee growth.

You will have the opportunity to establish long-term frameworks, influence organizational culture and create a modern HRD approach that supports the future of Hyundai Motorsport.

  • Main tasks
  • Develop and continuously improve a structured Learning & Development and People Development framework for Hyundai Motorsport Germany and France.
  • Design and implement competency frameworks, training architectures and workforce capability development models.
  • Manage and coordinate training programs, seminars and development initiatives from concept to evaluation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and development partners.
  • Introduce and develop data-driven HRD analytics, including training effectiveness measurement and workforce insights.
  • Drive the creation and rollout of a management development and leadership training framework.
  • Deliver internal training sessions on company procedures, policies and people-related topics.
  • Support employee development, onboarding, engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
  • Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers across both organizations.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and follow-up actions resulting from engagement surveys.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, countries and management levels.
  • Provide support and holiday coverage within the HR team.

Qualifications

  • University degree, commercial education or comparable qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development or Culture topics.
  • Experience leading HR development topics independently from concept to implementation.
  • Strong background in coordinating training programs and development initiatives.
  • Experience working with multiple sites, entities or international organizations is advantageous.
  • Exposure to HR analytics, reporting or performance-related processes is beneficial.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to build trust and influence employees and managers at all organizational levels.
  • Strong planning, organizational and project management skills.
  • Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong intercultural awareness in an international environment.
