Main tasks
- Monitor and report on monthly headcount and organizational structure.
- Support recruitment processes and collaborate closely with hiring teams.
- Assist in Annual HR Cycles such as performance reviews, salary reviews, promotions, bonus calculations, and budgeting.
- Provide central support to the HR Manager and team across administrative and operational tasks.
- Participate in HR projects including time management systems, policy reviews, and compliance monitoring.
- Organize and manage employee requests and support the HR Business Partners.
- Act as a contact person for employees.
Qualifications
- University degree or commercial/business education in a relevant field.
- Initial experience in a professional business or HR environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
