Based in Alzenau, near Frankfurt in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai’s global motorsport activities and primarily for its World Rally Championship program. We are currently seeking a Business Support Specialist to join our team.

Main tasks:

  • Distribution and ordering of Corporate Apparel.
  • Distribution and ordering of office supplies and furniture.
  • Assist in projects and tasks within the Company Vehicle Management and Facility Management.
  • Support the employees with Business Support / General Affairs related topics such as work permit support or employee welfare programs.
  • Collaborate within various Business Support topics to support the whole department together with all members of the Business Support Team.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Business Support or General Affairs is considered an advantage.
  • You are fluent in speaking and writing the English and German language.
  • You are comfortable working with MS Office.
  • You obtain a driving license and are able to drive cars with manual transmission.
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.
  • You have a service-oriented mindset and are able to communicate effectively.
