Hyundai Motor UK is seeking a proactive VOR and Capacity Manager to join our Customer Service Team.
In this field-based role you will work with Retailers, the DPSM field team and third-party partners to reduce vehicle off-road time and improve repair progression.
You will lead capacity planning, manage retailer action plans, monitor performance, and provide senior stakeholders with updates on VOR, hire costs and throughput to support Aftersales objectives.
