Role Summary

This is a hands‑on role to enhance Hyundai UK’s data intelligence and support the organisation to achieve the next level of customer experience and business growth.

The Marketing Intelligence Analyst is a pivotal member of the Marketing Team, delivering best‑in‑class insight across the whole marketing funnel and directly helping to drive increased conversion and customer retention.

This role manages and enhances the reporting framework across the full marketing and sales funnel.

You’ll compile and analyse data from media, websites, CRM, and sales platforms to deliver insights, support forecasting, and guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of structured KPI reporting

  • digital platforms such as the HMUK website, test‑drive booking platforms, etc.

  • Creating and updating data reports and presentations on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Responding to regular and ad‑hoc reporting requests from local business and headquarters
  • Supporting forecasting and target‑setting
  • Supporting data project execution and stakeholder briefings
  • Project execution of key data projects
  • Leading conversion rate optimisation programmes
  • Website tagging management and tracking (in conjunction with Digital Platforms Managers)
  • Profile Description (Qualifications)
  • Strong experience in marketing reporting and performance analysis
  • Strong experience with dashboards and visualisation tools
  • Experience in data project delivery
  • Significant experience with data manipulation and deriving insights from large data sets
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset
  • Conversion rate optimisation experience
  • Experience of web analytics and an understanding of HTML (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to build bridges between technical and non‑technical requirements
  • Ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Analytically minded with a good understanding of data
  • Strong organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise
  • Proven ability to solve problems and find innovative solutions to challenges
