Role Summary
Marketing at Hyundai starts with innovation and progressive products and ends with delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
The Digital Platforms Team is at the heart of this mission, managing all Hyundai’s websites and digital platforms to create seamless, connected journeys for prospects, customers and our retailer network.
As the Digital Platforms Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Hyundai’s core digital platforms.
This includes supporting content updates, creating new webpages, resolving technical issues, and assisting with the testing and launch of new products.
You’ll help ensure these platforms run smoothly, are continually optimised to deliver the best possible user experience.
As the first touchpoint with the Hyundai brand for many customers it is imperative that we deliver an exceptional customer experience across all digital platforms.
The content across the websites must be engaging, informative and accurate.
We want you to
- Website updates: Updating existing webpages and creating new content using our CMS to ensure all digital platforms are accurate, fulfil business requirements, satisfy users, and are SEO optimised for areas such as product launches, promotion of offers, landing pages, forms, website personalisation.
- Support the management of the Retailer websites: Ensure retailer websites are kept up to date, briefing external agency for and using CMS to make updates internally.
Work with retailers and retailer marketing team to review and approve homepage banners and "about us" pages.
- Supporting retailer appointments, terminations and maintenance of address and opening hour details: Upload retailer file to the website daily using AEM to keep details accurate.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to establish clear expectations and guidelines for new digital initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in website content management and development, with a passion for digital innovation.
- Skilled in collaborating with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Feels comfortable working with data sets.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational abilities, and prioritisation skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Ambitious and proactive, with a "can-do" attitude and a drive to find creative solutions to challenges.
- Passionate about the automotive industry, with broad knowledge of the marketplace.
- Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- 1-2 years of experience with website management
- Adobe AEM experience
- Experience managing agencies
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Degree holding college graduate
