The Sales Manager / Technical Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and providing technical and product expertise. This role combines commercial leadership with product and technical knowledge to expand Hytronik’s global product portfolio and deliver tailored solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Market Development
- Oversee company sales growth by evaluating sales reports and identifying opportunities for specific products and services.
- Develop new customers, explore potential business opportunities, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote the company and its products through high-level marketing and business development activities.
- Meet planned sales goals and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Customer Management & Business Development
- Provide customers with professional product introductions and solutions.
- Conduct business negotiations, facilitate contract signing, and ensure contract performance, including receivables collection.
- Prepare travel plans and customer visit reports for approval, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar Sales Manager or Technical Sales role is essential; experience in lighting control or sensors is highly desirable.
- Relevant academic background is required, preferably in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Building Services, or Business/Marketing.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to explain complex products and solutions clearly to customers.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships at both technical and commercial levels.
- Good analytical skills, capable of interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
