We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team at the four-star Hythe Imperial Hotel.

Set on the beautiful Kent coastline, the Hythe Imperial Hotel is renowned for its exceptional hospitality, stunning surroundings and outstanding dining experiences.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives first-class service, whether they’re joining us for breakfast, afternoon tea, weddings, conferences, private events or dinner in our restaurants and bars.

The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, your responsibilities will include

  • Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately.
  • Serving food and beverages to a high standard.
  • Preparing and maintaining restaurant, bar and event areas.
  • Assisting with weddings, conferences and special events.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Following all health, safety and food hygiene procedures.
