£36,420 per annum. Maternity Cover (9 Months) extending to 12 Months. The Hythe Imperial has stood at the heart of the beautiful seaside town for hundreds of years. The Role and Responsibilities
- Reporting to the F&B Director, the role will support the whole F&B function of the Hotel.
- Have the ability to run multiple outlets.
- Provides creative ideas to project and enhance the image of the Hotel.
- You will be a mentor and ensure that training and development are key areas of focus within the department.
- Be commercially focused.
- Be self-motivated and someone who is ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement.
- To serve all guests in a manner that exceeds expectations, with the objective of setting us apart from our competitors.
- Be passionate about developing F&B concepts.
- Be a great planner with an attention for detail.
- Assist in planning and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.

This is a full-time role, working as required around the needs of the business, 5 days out of 7, that will include working weekends and bank holidays.
