THE ROLE
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for process and precision? Join our dynamic team as a Document Controller and play a vital role in managing, safeguarding, and streamlining project documentation to support high-impact projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full lifecycle of documents: creation, revision, approval, distribution, and secure archiving.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the go-to liaison between teams and stakeholders for document coordination and communication.
- Maintain data integrity, version control, and secure access to critical project files.
- Provide user support and training for document management systems.
- Prepare detailed reports on document status, distribution, and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in document control, preferably within engineering, construction, or technical sectors.
- Strong understanding of document control systems and project lifecycles.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management software.
- Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
