We are now recruiting for a Sales Manager (Channel Sales) with a background in PMR or CCTV, to join the team in UK/Europe
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to oversee our Hytera product lines in UK/ Europe market (Romania & surrounding countries). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and channel management, coupled with a deep understanding of the two-way radio/PoC/BWC communication industry. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Here is a summary of the key areas of responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage a network of authorized resellers and distributors, ensuring their alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Provide guidance and support to channel partners, assisting them in achieving sales goals and enhancing their product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders in the two-way radio industry.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective channel marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Monitor sales performance, track market trends, and produce regular sales reports for management review.
- Negotiate and finalize channel partner agreements, ensuring terms are in line with company policies and objectives.
- Drive demand generation initiatives, including product training, workshops, and seminars for channel partners and end-users.
- Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and competitive landscape.
- Serving as a Company representative at major industry events, conferences, tradeshows, and tender bidding processes
What you need to apply:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent level of work experience;
- Proven track record of successful channel sales management, ideally within the two-way radio or communication technology industry
- Background in CCTV would also be considered
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English language essential, east European additional language will be an advantage.
- Ability to travel frequently within the UK and Europe
- Experience in working with large distributors.
