We are now recruiting for a

Finance Manager to join the team.

Immediately available or candidates on short notice are desirable.

Here are the highlights of the areas of responsibilities and essential background:

Responsibilities

  • Manage the finance operation and responsibility of a direct report.
  • Manage the monthly accounting close per deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit monthly management accounts.
  • Manage all monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Perform variance analysis and analysis.
  • Manage internal financial controls and prepare and support the annual audit, liaising and meeting the requirements of external auditor partners.
  • Manage the cash/working capital planning day to day.
  • Monitor company’s monthly AR activities.
  • Manage Annual Budget process and provide quarterly forecast updates.
  • Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Person Specification

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in financial management.
  • ACCA/CIMA accountancy qualification or a degree level qualification in Accountancy and Finance.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Sage 200 Accounts and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, under minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable performing everyday transactional tasks alongside the strategic tasks that this role will dictate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
