The Opportunity Are you looking for an exciting new challenge with one of the world’s leading communications manufacturers? We have an opening for an experienced, results driven, and effective B2B channel and end user marketing manager for Western Europe, covering: the UK, Nordics, France, Iberia, Italy and Malta. Building on your experience of European marketing there is an opportunity to energise and invigorate partners and to drive Western European brand campaigns into end users.
This role is open to candidates at varying career levels and experience. Collaboratively design and deliver a Western European marketing strategy to drive revenue through the channel and awareness in end users to buy from channel partners. Work closely with regional sales teams and senior executives in distributors and resellers to co-create and deliver marketing activity in line with your marketing strategy. Create and execute effective regional integrated campaigns which engage end users and are leveraged by partners to drive revenue.
Manage a marketing budget which enables regional marketing and MDF funding for partners. Manage and delegate work to one executive, central design and digital marketing teams, and external agencies. Organise a roadshow of events for partners (enablement and training) and end users (face-to-face time with partner’s sales teams) across Western Europe. Supporting the full spectrum of go-to-market activities for new product launches incorporating a broad mix of marketing channels and positioning.
Communicating and building good working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Supporting the European Marketing Director in any other relevant activities.
