With a reputation for high-quality, reliable, feature-rich handsets and systems, Hytera can be found all over the world, from Shenzhen metro to the Etihad stadium, via North Sea oil rigs, railway networks, conference centres and construction sites. We are now recruiting for a Finance Manager to join the team. Immediately available or candidates on short notice are desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the finance operation and responsibility of a direct report.
- Manage the monthly accounting close per deadlines.
- Prepare and submit monthly management accounts.
- Manage all monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform variance analysis and analysis.
- Manage internal financial controls and prepare and support the annual audit, liaising and meeting the requirements of external auditor partners.
- Manage the cash/working capital planning day to day.
- Monitor company’s monthly AR activities.
- Manage Annual Budget process and provide quarterly forecast updates.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
Person Specification:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in financial management.
- ACCA/CIMA accountancy qualification or a degree level qualification in Accountancy and Finance.
- Excellent working knowledge of Sage 200 Accounts and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, under minimal supervision.
- Comfortable performing everyday transactional tasks alongside the strategic tasks that this role will dictate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
