The Opportunity
We are now recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join the European team. This is a great opportunity to support the European Marketing to assist and support with a variety of marketing activities - including CRM management, tradeshows, social media work, administration support and much more!
Assist with delivering the local marketing and communications plan, to achieve the objectives laid out in the fiscal strategy and in alignment with the overarching EU Channel Business Unit business objectives.
Work with Head of Marketing and team in delivering continuous successful activities, campaigns, and customer support.
Work closely with external creative agencies to design and facilitate marketing deliverables across online and offline platforms.
Undertake and deliver content, updates, and notifications for the Portal, website and other marketing communication platforms.
Own the CRM and marketing automation tool to help drive effective marketing campaigns.
Support internal Marketing activities and communications as and when required.
Undertake ad-hoc administrative work to support the Sales, Product Management and Marketing team.
Support any other relevant company or partner activities and projects.
At least 2-3 years marketing experience in any industry - radio communications or other technology is a bonus.
Adept with social media, website management - and utilising such tools for competitive advantage.
Good IT skills – intermediate/advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
CIM Level 3 qualification is desirable or relevant work experience.
Marketing Manager:
Delivering the local marketing, PR, and communications plan for designated regions in line with the business strategy under the direction of the Head of Marketing.
Organising, planning, and executing high impact local and regional events (A, B and C fairs, dealer days, sales events, virtual online events) under the direction of the Head of Marketing.
Maintaining and contributing relevant content to the Hytera-Europe social media channels and website in conjunction with the Head of Marketing including preparing content and aligning with the EU CBU social media and website strategy and plans.
Supporting the full spectrum of go-to-market activities for new product launches incorporating a broad mix of marketing channels and positioning.
Supporting the preparation and co-ordination of external marketing communications such as drafting articles, interviews, case studies, press releases, news and blogs and (but not limited to) maintaining the press distribution list.
Working closely with Channel Account Managers and strategic Channel partners (Dealers and Distributors) to create, manage and implement co-partner marketing MDF plans to successfully promote key messages, products, services, and solutions to drive sales.
Drafting and supporting internal Marketing activities and communications including the creation of in-house creative content.
Work closely with external creative agencies to design marketing across online and offline platforms.
Communicating and building good working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Undertake ad-hoc administrative work to support the Marketing team.
