We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at our Craigavon facility in Northern Ireland.

About the Role:

  • Planning and implementation of Manufacturing related projects within given timescales
  • Continuous improvement of Assembly processes
  • Root cause analysis and implementing of Safety and Quality improvements
  • Provision of Engineering support to Production departments
  • Implementation of Engineering changes from Design into Production
  • Highlighting and implementation of health and safety, quality and productivity improvements
  • Inventory Integrity
  • Liaising cross-functionally within all departments

Knowledge Required:

Candidates should clearly demonstrate how they meet the following Essential Criteria:

  • Candidates due to graduate in Summer 2026 are welcome to apply
  • Educated to HND/Degree level (or working towards, to be completed Summer 2026), with a minimum of 1 year's Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (experience gained through industrial placement will be considered)
  • Alternatively, we will consider candidates who hold an HNC with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of all relevant Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) plus 3D modelling or AutoCAD experience

The following criteria is desirable:

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Proficient in the use of 2D CAD
  • Experience in any of the following: Engineering changes / Line design changes / Production support
