We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at our Craigavon facility in Northern Ireland.
About the Role:This role provides engineering support to assembly and manufacturing departments and key accountabilities will include:
- Planning and implementation of Manufacturing related projects within given timescales
- Continuous improvement of Assembly processes
- Root cause analysis and implementing of Safety and Quality improvements
- Provision of Engineering support to Production departments
- Implementation of Engineering changes from Design into Production
- Highlighting and implementation of health and safety, quality and productivity improvements
- Inventory Integrity
- Liaising cross-functionally within all departments
Candidates should clearly demonstrate how they meet the following Essential Criteria:
- Educated to HND/Degree level (or working towards, to be completed Summer 2026), with a minimum of 1 year's Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment (experience gained through industrial placement will be considered)
- Alternatively, we will consider candidates who hold an HNC with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of all relevant Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) plus 3D modelling or AutoCAD experience
The following criteria is desirable:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Proficient in the use of 2D CAD
- Experience in any of the following: Engineering changes / Line design changes / Production support
