The global HYROX team is seeking a passionate, relationship‑driven Junior Partnership Manager to join our fast‑growing team in London. As HYROX continues its global expansion—with over 100 events planned for the 25/26 season—this role is pivotal in delivering world‑class experiences to our athletes and partners alike. You will play a key part in ensuring our partnerships enhance the athlete journey and drive HYROX’s continued success.
Core Responsibilities- Maintain day‑to‑day partner POC and manage key relationship activities.
- Act as the internal lead and representative for partner engagements.
- Execute and manage partnership deliverables such as asset production, content development, event activations, reporting, and ticketing.
- Handle invoicing, reporting, and contractual obligations to ensure accurate delivery.
- Support partner strategy, retention, and growth opportunities in collaboration with the Global Senior Partner Manager.
- Manage sampling efforts and execution of global partner activations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Athlete Services, Operations, and other departments on key partnership initiatives.
- Support global reporting needs via data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Athlete Services, and Operations.
- Attend HYROX races, especially those strategically important to partners.
- Assist local teams, improve working methods, and contribute to general vertical improvements.
- 1‑2 years of prior experience in partnerships preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in client‑facing settings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑focused.
- Proven project management abilities and a hands‑on, proactive approach.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Experience with Google Suite and project management software (e.g., Monday) is a plus.
