  • Athlete Accommodation Program & Commercial Growth: Implement and manage the European Athlete Accommodation Program to enhance the participant journey, monitoring room pickup and reporting metrics to maximize commercial value, athlete satisfaction, and incremental revenue.
  • Stakeholder Logistics & Travel Operations: Coordinate end-to-end travel and lodging arrangements (hotels, flights, ground transportation) for event leadership, staff, contractors, and key stakeholders across our growing European event portfolio.
  • Budgeting & Operational Governance: Manage assigned accommodation budgets with strict financial accountability while maintaining, operationalizing, and continuously improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for travel and lodging management.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Regional Expansion: Collaborate closely with Event Production, Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams to identify scalable accommodation solutions that support market growth and broader business targets.
