The Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of a major construction or infrastructure project, supporting the delivery of key financial, contractual, and commercial objectives. Responsibilities
- Support the commercial management of a project or designated work package, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved in line with business and project requirements.
- Prepare and assist with applications for payment, valuations, cost reports, forecasts, cash flow projections, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, commitments, and financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and potential commercial impacts.
- Administer subcontract and supplier accounts from procurement through to final account agreement, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
