We are delighted to be recruiting a new opportunity for an ambitious Senior Accountant to join a fast-growth music and entertainment firm. Offering hybrid working and excellent benefits, this is a role not to be missed!
This role is key within the Accounts Production team, offering real career progression and development. Ideally suited to an accounting professional with experience managing statutory accounts for a client portfolio with a passion for all things music and entertainment.
Main responsibilities:- Managing large portfolio of prestigious music and entertainment clients
- Preparation of annual accounts
- Completing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Consideration of accounting policy under FRS 102
- Preparation of draft corporation tax computations
- Assisting with tax and VAT
- Managing a team and delegating & reviewing work of junior team members
- Management accounts
- Ad hoc projects including Business Plans and Cash Flow Forecasts
- ACCA Qualified
- Experience working in the music industry or with music clients is preferred but not essential
- Experience with management accounts, bookkeeping and preparation of VAT returns
- Excellent communication and technical skills
- Experience with CCH and QuickBooks will be beneficial
