  • Business Development Executive | B2B Saa S
  • Remote-first (Reading office a couple of days a month) | Permanent | Base + commission

We're hiring on behalf of a growing Saa S platform for coaching businesses, with customers in more than 30 countries.

Growth so far has come from the founder, referrals and word of mouth.

This is one of their first dedicated sales hires.

This isn't a high-volume dialing role.

Their customers are founders of coaching businesses who buy from people they trust, so you'll build relationships, understand how each business runs, and guide them to a decision.

What you'll do

  • Research coaching businesses and open conversations by email, Linked In and phone
  • Qualify inbound interest and run discovery calls with founders
  • Take qualified opportunities through to close, alongside a demo specialist and the founder
  • Keep Hub Spot accurate and feed what customers say back into product and marketing
  • Use AI and prospecting tools to build better lists and sharper outreach

What we're looking for

  • Ideally 2+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in Saa S
  • Experience prospecting and closing, ideally deals of £15k or more
  • Comfortable talking to founders and senior decision-makers
  • Curious and coachable: you'd rather understand a business than push a pitch
  • A bonus if you've sold into HR tech, L&D, coaching, training or professional services
  • Right to work in the UK (we can't offer sponsorship)

If you want to be one of the first commercial hires at a growing software company, with real influence on how it sells, we'd like to hear from you
