Working closely with branch managers, internal sales teams and suppliers, you will be responsible for developing existing accounts, generating new business and identifying opportunities to increase sales across the civils product range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of trade customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and account spend.

  • Re-engage dormant and lapsed customers, converting opportunities into active trading accounts.
  • Visit customers and construction sites to develop relationships, understand project requirements and secure business.
  • Prepare and follow up quotations, negotiating commercially competitive terms while maintaining profitability.
  • Work with suppliers and manufacturers to develop sales opportunities, including joint customer visits.
  • Promote the wider product offering and identify opportunities for additional sales across the business.
