An innovative organisation in the global insurance space is looking for a Finance Business Analyst. This role sits within the finance transformation team, supporting a range of change initiatives across systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure during a period of significant investment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working closely with finance and change stakeholders to understand current processes and gather detailed requirements.
- Supporting the design and implementation of improved ways of working across a complex insurance environment.
- Conducting detailed process mapping for current and future states to drive efficiency.
- Assisting with system changes and implementations, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborating across finance, operations, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proven experience in finance transformation or business analysis roles.
- Strong experience within the insurance or London Market sector.
- Demonstrated ability in process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
