What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the end-to-end definition and agreement of business and technical requirements.
  • Capturing as-is and designing to-be processes that drive meaningful improvements.
  • Translating analysis into clear, stakeholder-focused journeys and delivery plans.
  • Analysing and reviewing both digital platforms and IT infrastructure to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and conducting impact assessments to identify risks and dependencies.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital and IT business analysis within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience working with Agile, PRINCE2, or similar delivery methodologies.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to legally work in the UK.
