Role Overview
Lead user-centered innovation initiatives by combining design thinking, research, and Generative AI tools to create impactful, scalable user experiences. Work closely with cross-functional teams to explore, validate, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and research to understand user needs, market trends, and business constraints.
- Apply Innovation Design methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup) supported by AI-assisted research and prototyping tools.
- Plan and execute user testing in collaboration with UX Researchers using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Translate insights into clear design strategies and intelligent user experiences.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions, exploring GenAI-driven product opportunities.
- Communicate project outcomes, opportunities, and risks to stakeholders, including leadership.
- Champion user-centred design and responsible, ethical AI practices.
- Mentor team members in design methods and GenAI-powered workflows.
Strategic & Creative Contribution
- Shape design direction for customer-facing products with a focus on AI-driven differentiation.
- Challenge conventional thinking and identify opportunities where GenAI can enhance or transform experiences.
- Foster collaboration, creativity, and informed decision-making across teams.
Skills & Tools
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and its application in design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (key requirement).
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT and Cursor.
- Familiarity with additional AI and design tools is a plus.

- Proven experience as a UX Designer or Innovation Designer on cross-functional, time-bound projects.
- Exposure to GenAI in research, design, or prototyping workflows.
- Strong business understanding and experience working in large organizations.
- Knowledge of Agile, Innovation, and user-centred design processes.
