Role Overview

The IntelliMatch developer will support project delivery by contributing to requirements analysis, solution design, system setup, and development activities within IntelliMatch (DIM). The role includes creating custom store procedures and implementing code changes to meet project requirements, as well as supporting testing and go-live activities. The candidate will also contribute to backlog refinement and delivery planning in collaboration with project managers and product owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze project requirements and existing IntelliMatch reconciliations to support solution design aligned with current processes
  • Configure and develop IntelliMatch components, including reconciliations and related enhancements
  • Develop and maintain MSSQL stored procedures and support required code changes
  • Follow best practices and technical standards for software development and system implementation
  • Provide input and recommendations on technical solutions and tools in line with existing architecture and standards
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical guidelines, and BAU support instructions

Qualifications (Must)

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or software engineering
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in IntelliMatch (DIM) development, configuration, or consulting
  • Proficiency with IntelliMatch (DIM) and MS SQL
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Proactive, delivery-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
