HyProMag Ltd. is a clean-tech innovator leading the way in rare earth magnet recycling through Hydrogen Processing of Magnet Scrap (HPMS) technology. We\’re enabling a circular supply of NdFeB magnets — critical to electric vehicles, wind turbines, and electronics — by recovering them from end-of-life products.
We’re looking for a Scrap Trade Professional to help us source, manage, and trade scrap containing magnets and their residual materials. This is a high-impact, commercially-focused role that sits at the heart of our operations and growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
• Build and manage supplier relationships to procure magnet-containing scrap.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts for spot and recurring material supplies.
• Trade out processed, non-magnetic residues to maximise revenue.
• Align feedstock supply with production needs and ERP systems.
• Monitor NdFeB and rare earth market trends to guide pricing strategies.
• Support ISO 9001/14001 implementation, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to scrap flow forecasting and strategic planning.
